Duncan & Miller Teardrop Glass Dish - 1936 Art Deco

This is a preowned Duncan & Miller "Teardrop" pattern glass dish. This Art Deco-style pattern was introduced in 1936 and features graduated, ball-like "teardrops" that form the handles and a textured, dotted pattern on the exterior base. This piece is often identified as a Celery Dish, Relish or Pickle Dish, or sometimes as a Butter Dish Base. Pickup is at 58th and 7th Ave in midtown Manhattan.
