Antique hand Painted Half-Moon Side or accent Table

Recently hand painted in a bright and vivacious Victorian Color-scheme, that features gilded accents, carved dart-and-egg trim and the original, match-booked, beautifully grained, and elegant, Rosewood veneer top and second tier shelf: both finished in a traditional, high-gloss shellac top coat to preserve and protect the over a century-old wood. Definitely a statement piece in its own rite, with its varied and brightly colored palate playing beautifully off the sage green base color. Royal purple and golden accents evoke thoughts of the Iris in bloom as their unique velvety dark petals stand out against the teal and aquamarine of a fresh pond in spring.
