Art & Lutherie - 12 String Acoustic - Cedar Antique Burst

Good condition Art & Lutherie 12 string acoustic guitar. Selling to fund another guitar purchase. I bought this about a year and a half ago, I am the second owner of the guitar. I had it fully setup last year including some repair work to the bridge (needed to be reglued). The action on this guitar is perfect. And the intonation was setup last year. I would, however, recommend taking it to be setup again, as I always do when I buy a guitar. This guitar has been handled well by myself I've never dropped it or marked it. When I was playing it regularly, I would keep it with fresh strings and maintain it. It's been unused for about 6 months and I want to make space for a new addition. This would be a great guitar for casual use, sitting around the living room entertaining guests, or putting some mics on it and recording your own music. The guitar does not have electronics in it.
