We're selling our Ashley Furniture Boxberg Reclining Sofa and Love Seat, purchased in November 2022 so is only 20 months old. This set is in great condition, from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home (the dogs were never allowed on the sofas). The material is fabric with a modern leather look, offering both comfort and style. We bought the added 5 year protection warranty that is worth $378 alone and is includedin the advertised price! The extended 5 year warrenty expires In November 2027. The 3-seater sofa dimensions are 93 inches wide, 41 inches high, and 41 inches deep, weighing 191 lbs. The love seat, which includes console storage and 2 cup holders, measures 81 inches wide, 41 inches high, and 41 inches deep, weighing 198 lbs. We have taken great care of these pieces, and they are clean with no stains or tears. The dual-sided recliners make them perfect for relaxation. We're only selling because we've upgraded to a power recliner. Pick-up is required from McKenzie Towne (CAN NOT DELIVER), and you will need a truck (THIS WILL NOT FIT IN A SUV OR VAN! and you will need some helpers as the set is quite heavy and does not come apart. We accept e-transfer or cash at pick-up (no e-transfers to hold due to scams).
