This item has been sitting in our basement for a couple of years unused and we are trying to make space for and AirBnB / Vrbo apartment All components of the cabinet are in perfect shape and working as intended. This makes a fantastic addition to basement/entertainment room/garage There are some very minor scratches and scuff marks. I have recently polished the table Weight 130 -160 lbs. Constructed out of recycled wood. This table built with its natural irregularities from the original tree, giving it charm and authenticity. This is extremely solid and stable furniture.
