Bike for kids age 10-16

I've had this bike for about 2 years, didn't use it much and I feel like it's a waste, it's a little slow and uncomfortable for me now, and I perfer a car. We bought this for about $700, bike seat pad for $40, and lock for $25, I'm open to offers, and I'll accept any appropriate one that comes first.
