The arms are see-through There’s an adjustable strap bottom front middle if you want a shorter look. This dress is PROM WORTHY. It’s definitely eye grabbing. I thought I was rich spending this much on a birthday shoot dress. But I’m giving you a great deal. No Negotiation.
