Brown Sofa/Chaise

Apartment sized (smaller scale) sofa / chaise combo, with firm foam. Lightly used, great condition. Made in Calgary (by Whittaker Designs)! Fabric is “chocolate heathersuede”. Sofa is a solid piece, then the chaise (ottoman) part can be moved to left or right side. Overall width is approx 76.5” Overall height at back is approx 31”ish Depth of chaise from back of sofa to end of chaise is about 66.5” Depth otherwise is about 36” Narrow style arms at approx 4” wide (See pics) Would work great in an apartment or smaller space while still having ample seating. Fits through standard door when stood up on end too, which is helpful for getting around tricky stairways or hallways etc. Please note: DELIVERY NOT AVAILABLE! Will need to be picked up in a vehicle large enough to fit it, and preferably with enough people to self load as well.
