Seat cushion has noticeable compression in the center from 3 years of daily use — sides are still firm, center sits lower. Functionally fine but the cushion has molded to use patterns. I have video too. One plastic screw cap is missing to cover the headrest screw at the back, some minor wear on the armrests (see photos). I have the user manual, tool and replacement parts.
