Car lease takeover / transfer

Hello! Please read me: I am looking to transfer my car lease. This is a Nissan Rogue Platinum AWD 2023. I started the lease process in October 2023, so the car is kind of new. It has less than 10,000 km of total milage, and it has the first service already done. I agreed to a 3 years lease when I started the contract with a biweekly payment of 472.09 CAD. Under the agreement, there is a tire package included, so any damages on the tires are covered. The car has no major scratches or damages. No bumps at all as for now. Nissan Applewood is asking to be paid 2,000 CAD due to transfer fees, and I am willing to split this fare 50% between the interested and myself. The closing deal will have to happen on the auto dealership facilities (Nissan Applewood Richmond Auto Mall). We will just have to set up the date with their finance team, too.
