RTX 3090 GPU Zotac OC (For Parts but Has Core and Vram) For PC

This is a RTX 3090 graphics card in perfect physical condition that doesn't give me a display with HDMI. Comes with a evga 3090 box that my friend gave me for storage. I bought this 3090 a long time ago in a pre-built and took it out to put in another PC. I remember that the fans spun and the lights turn on, but I couldn't get a display. But by this time, I had sold the pre-built to buy the other computer so I couldn't put it back in the pre-built. Couldn't be bothered to try and troubleshoot because someone gifted me a computer to use. I take it to a technician if I can't sell it here. When I was looking on eBay to see what I should price this for. I saw some posts that were selling GPUs with core and vram removed. This 3090 doesn't have the core and vram removed. You can use what means you have to check like a screw driver or whatever. Cash or Zelle and pick up in Brooklyn Police station near me.
