14This couch is in really good condition, as it has hardly been used. All the covers on the cushions and couch can be removed and washed. It can easily be taken apart if you need to move it into a tight space. The only issue is that one foot on the couch is broken. You can either remove all the feet or find a replacement. It has been in a smoke and pet free house. Pick up required.
