Dark Rye Bread - Home Baked - $5 for a half loaf, or $9 for a full loaf. Limited quantities available. This dark rye bread is a moist, medium bread, made with whole grain rye flour, whole grain wheat flour, organic rye berries, molasses, caraway seeds and gluten (to lighten the loaf). This bread has a rich flavour, that is fragrant with a slight bitter note. This is not a sweet bread. Full loaves weigh a minimum 900 grams each, and are available for preorder for $9 per loaf. They can be ordered with or without caraway seeds. I have the SafeCheck® Advanced Food Safety Certification. Smoke free and dog/cat free home. No holds without e-transfer. Cross posted.
