Dell latitude 3390 2in-1 Laptop. You can flip the screen 360 degrees and use touchscreen to use as a tablet or use as a laptop. Condition is good, normal wear and tear. There is a circle which is sanded off due to removal of the logo of the company that sold these laptops. These will have small bubbles on the screen and these are usually on the sides of the screen mostly bottom.
