Upgraded rear Motor from 1500 watts to 2500 watt,new acid batteries but can handle the upgrade try to lower the controller from 3000 watt to 1000 watt to extend ride time but didn’t work still dies after 30-60 minutes. Needs lithium upgrade 72v and atleast 50ah to really ride out. Before dumming down the 3000 watt controller to a 1000 watt controller top speed was 55 mph. Now it’s more like 30 but can easily be upgraded with a 2500 watt controller and lithium battery 72v 50ah and you’ll be ready to ride the FDR at 50 plus miles an hour. No low balling the price is set with alittle wiggleroom. 700 minimum.
