It is amazing quality that comes with its own fitting pillow cover / case (I will give it to you washed, but you can also machine wash it yourself — both the pillow itself and the pillow case). I would have kept this if I didn’t have the other pillow given. I have insomnia and horrible upper back pain that contributes to my insomnia, but I woke up super refreshed after just using this pillow once.
