I just have an itty bitty galley kitchen and got something smaller. This may have the largest blade and reservoir of any domestic machine so it makes a lot of juice fast! I've located the books that came with - the basic operation manual, Secrets of Power Juicing (basic rules of combining, how to store pulp, basic recipes, 39 pages) and Recipes for Healthy Juicing (recipes for using the pulp, nutritional values, 63 pages).
