~1963 Kawai S1 (Vintage Japan Electric Guitar)

This is a vintage Made in Japan electric guitar from Kawai (c. 1963 MIJ). It is all original Teisco type with the stock p90 style pickup, a volume and tone control and output jack on the metallic pickguard. The action is low and extremely comfortable without string buzz. Cosmetically it’s in solid players grade condition too. Pair it with a fuzz pedal and you’ll instantly sound like the White Stripes, the Black Keys, or St. Vincent.
