This is a blue HP Stream laptop. It comes with a charger. The laptop is running Windows 10 Home.laptop is not working due to low storage space and only starts up then won't load programs!selling for parts only buy at own risk no return or refund,it gets the current windows update and it could be fixed if you are a computer savvy person using another computer to download a fresh copy of windows 10 and install in this laptop vi a usb stick
