VooDoo Lab Pedal Power 4 Output Supply

This was taken from a custom pedal board that powered 4 pedals and was hardly ever used. Super quiet and ready to go. The far right output has a special cable/connection to power a Moog 9v pedal, and the rest power 3 regular 9v pedals. Cables included. I'm still looking for the 120v power cable to power the unit, but those are easy to find.
