Furnished Bedroom Sublet in Shared House

Hi! I’m Sonam, I’m living in Toronto with my friend Tanya. I’m heading home to spend a few months with my family, and we’re looking for someone to temporarily take over my room during that time. About the sublet - 1 FURNISHED bedroom for sublet in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment (comes with bed, mattress, dresser, study table, storage space, etc.) - Room sublet duration: November 15 2024 - March 15 2025 (can extend to March 31 if needed). - The rent is $1,500 / month including utilities (internet, hydro, etc). No additional rental costs! - Location: The closest major intersection is Bloor St West and Dufferin St, less than a minute walk to Dufferin Station - Living arrangement: You'll be living with 1 other person in the apartment, who works from home most of the week - Pets are not allowed since the housemate and landlord (who lives one floor below) are both extremely allergic to pet fur We’ve lived here for the past year and have been really intentional about creating a space that feels like home.
