Gio Italiana MK E-Bike Scooter

Asking $1200, OBO, only reasonable offers will be accepted, serious inquiries only please. Purchased earlier this year in the spring, previous owner put four new batteries in it. Was supposed to be a mode of transportation for my son but he just never really took to it like I thought he would, so looking to sell it and just get my money back out of it. Supposed to go up to 45 km per hour (goes up to 45 with less weight on it and a solid 40 with adult weight on it), with a range of approximately 30 km per charge. That should take you anywhere within city limits. Has an alarm system, all the signals and lights work, you have to have the key in order to operate it, so no worries about it getting stolen (comes with one extra key). There is a breaker switch for the batteries for when it's going to sit for long periods of time so the batteries don't wear out. Comes with a rain protector. Has a few scratches and wear on the seat, that's how it was when we got it, but it is in very decent shape. Since we've owned it though we've only taken it out a total of five times, so we just really need to get it to someone who's going to use it consistently. This is an e-bike, even though it looks like a moped, so no license is required to operate it, and you have to stay on the bike paths and sidewalks with it as it is not meant for the road.
