Upgraded fabric, also has fabric guard. Sofabed is 81 inches wide, the love seat is 57. Both 37 inches deep.Pull out sofa has spring mattress and an air mattress as well for added comfort. Very comfortable and easy to use. Used only a handful of times. Love seat has also only been sat on a handful of times. Fabric has a beautiful faded texture. Lots of life left in these pieces. Walnut base/feet. Only selling because it doesn’t suit our space and needs any longer. Smoke free home
