There are many ways to seal your food once freeze dried including vacuum sealing, mylar bags, and mason jars. We can discuss which option works the best for you. Done in a smoke free, pet free home. The freeze dryer and associated appliances are cleaned after every use. Although everything is cleaned and sanitized I cannot guarantee an allergy free environment.
