Hoover, scrubs floors, vacuums up excess water on the floor. So if you want to drench the floor some what while it's scrubbing it with soap you can you can even release some extra liquid cleaner like Lysol for the floor there is a trigger to do so. If there is over flowing water from the tub because you forgot to close the water while making your bath water, grab this and it vacuums up that water. it will go into the cup water holder that's coming up from the floor. when it's full turn off the machine take it out and pour that water from the floor into the toilet bowl, and keep vacuuming what is left on the floor then repeat. I will show you how to use it. I think I have the instruction manual. but if I don't you can always refer online and ask for that manual, it will pop up online.
