I have a HRPA certification and offering HR consulting in various areas of HR. I apply my creative and innovative thinking to influence people and culture to achieve organizational goals and objectives. My areas of expertise include talent attraction and development, change management, process improvement, M&A integration, total rewards and benefits, coaching and counselling, legal and compliance, negotiations, workforce planning and organizational design, and corporate social responsibility. In my previous roles as a Human Resources Manager, I coordinated recruitment and selection, conducted workplace inspections and safety training, organized corporate functions and events, and handled employee complaints and claims. I have supported the integration of a newly acquired business unit, facilitated the implementation of a new performance management system, and developed and delivered training programs on diversity and inclusion, leadership, and communication skills.
