Features a molded 3D screaming skull with an eerie green and white glow, jagged teeth, and radiating background spikes. It is made of lightweight molded plastic designed to pop out from the wall. Glows in the dark after being exposed to light and is also reactive under black lights. It can hang by just a pin. The hangar part is taped on.
