This futon rolls out to a slightly larger than queen size bed. The mattress has always been covered with a topper (not included) so it is super clean. Mattress is firm and makes a comfortable guest bed. I think you can still buy covers for this style of futon from IKEA. Can deliver depending on location. Partially disassembled and ready to move.
