This kit includes two Impact VSD 300 studio strobes, an EX 100A, some light stands diffusers, soft boxes. Just a collection of lighting gear I accumulated and no longer use. Most of it should be fine. The only thing is one of the 300s does not stay up properly. I found ways to prop it up with tape. There are also some aftermarket wireless triggers in there that I'm not sure work.
