Italian Balsamic Wine Vinegar

I received a bottle of balsamic vinegar from Modena on July 6 and opened it the next day to use in a salad. The salad turned out delicious, but unfortunately, my blood sugar spiked, which is problematic due to my diabetes. Although the vinegar is fresh and flavorful, I won’t be able to enjoy it again.
