LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE!

Hey there! My name is Bilal and I'm looking for a roommate for my 9th floor apartment in downtown Toronto for anytime before October 1. The apartment is newly built, open concept, with tons of space and natural light. It has all new appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, stove, ensuite laundry and air conditioning. The room is a large den, which can comfortably fit a bed and desk, approximately 8x10, with your own washroom and closet just outside the room. The building has numerous amenities, including a yoga spot, pool, cinema room and gym. The unit also comes with a storage locker. It's a 15 minute walk to Union station, and immediate access to the 503/504 so the location really cannot be beat. Utilities are separate, and consist of Hydro. High speed internet is included. A little about me: I'm a 21 year old male student. I'm fairly outgoing, friendly and funny, but I, like most people, need my downtime. That can involve playing video games, or just watching a movie. I like to get up to adventures, but also appreciate a quiet weekend in. I am ideally looking for students/working professionals.
