Looking for a roommate/room for rent (accessible by wheelchair)

I’d like to rent an apartment with someone or join in an existing lease. I often use a wheelchair to get around and would require wheelchair access to the unit/a building with elevators. I have a cat and like to keep a tidy and quite space. I’m flexible with location and prefer bug/pest free/controlled
