MCM Wooden Tray with Parrot Design

A mid-century wooden tray with a glass insert by Carlos Zipperer Sobr featuring a parrot design and a Morpho iridescent butterfly outline of Brazil. The tray has two handles. Zipperer only harvested the wings after the butterflies died naturally after mating season. Parrots are reverse painted on glass. Approx. 15” x 8.5”
