This is a Momcozy Wearable Breast Pump. It comes with a charger, two pump shells, a nipple measurement tool, a cleaning brush, a storage bag, a carrying case, freezer bags to store the milk and a user manual. You get everything that came with it. It is in great working condition and in good shape. Momma didn't use it much- she didn't have too much milk.
