old jingle bell sleigh bell

is there a search for this online but I couldn't find the exact type or year or anything and I believe the foreign language that's inscribed on it it says something but I can't get it to translate well in Google and it might be it might not even be a language so if you know anything about this let me know I think it's vintage at least cuz of the metal and the pain and the scrapings and it makes a nice little dinging sound if you look at the ball inside is constructed of something different than the steel the strong steel that holds it in there and it makes a nice little jingle sound that everybody would recognize from the song Jingle Bells No Doubt and I think a long time ago he sees he plays all the time my grandmother went to school because she had an option to either work on the farm or go to school but you'd have to go to school yourself and sometimes in the winter there'd be 10 ft snow drifts with the sleigh and a horse or two horses see that occasionally get lost and several kilometers away get to school she ended up teaching school in a one-room schoolhouse Saskatchewan and thankfully we barely get a meter of snow nowadays but I think this thing's kind of neat because I didn't recognize it and I think she would have known what it was right away
