Overlanding camper Trailer

Back on sale, and price drop for quick sale as i’m heading out of Calgary in Nov! For sale: Overlanding camping trailer Trades i would consider: honda grom/TW200, (trades- HVAC, attic insulation, or gutters, or car mechanic work) My wife and i lived out of this for 2.5 months. Great for sleeping in the city, it looks like a unassuming cargo trailer parked on the streets, and it can go to remote places. It can be fully off grid (see specs below) as it has water, electricity and gas on board. Specs: - 5x8 trailer (sleeping area is ~5x6 & kitchen 5x2) - upgraded torsion axels for better clearance (the old leaf spring mounts are still there if you want to switch back) - equipped with trailer brakes - awning - bigger all terrain tires for better off-roading. Only 7000kms on them - fully insulated and sealed - swing down table - the underside of the bed is all storage, theres also some open shelving and hooks to hang all of your things Kitchen: - 2 burner stove - cooler with drawer setup for easy access. - there is electrical if you want to plug in your freezer - sink for cooking and washing, drains into a bucket that can be easily dumped. - it has about a 100L water tank & water pump for cooking and drinking - rough-in are ready for hot water tank/ shower setup - backsplash/ counter is all powder coated aluminum Electrical : - 200w solar - 2 deep cycle batteries - renlogy solar controller with bluetooth - AC breaker panel. You can plug in the trailer to on-shore power to charge the batteries - brand new diesel heater, never needed to use it - rv exhaust fan, keeps the inside cool even on the hottest days Great trailer for all your overlanding needs. Ive been all over bc and Alberta to some remote places. Ive also boon-docked on the streets of vancouver without any issues. If you've been looking at overlanding trailers or even a regular camper/RTT setup, you already know how expensive they can be. Alot of these features are only available on higher end models. Eg. torsion axels, trailer brakes, metal skin & frame, all terrain tires, higher clearance etc I’ll throw in a spare tire/wheel & rv window as a bonus if sold by oct 12th Come take a look, I am in Calgary for another month before I head back south until the new year.
