Black flared party dress

Beautiful vintage black brocade party dress. Features an off-the shoulder neckline with 2 small black straps and a white lace trim. Goes from a fitted bust and waist to a flared skirt with tulle underneath. Tag says size 5/6 but fits more like a 2-4. Waist is roughly 25 inches, not a lot of wiggle room. Flared skirt is very fun to spin around in! This is a great piece for costume parties (or regular ones) 🖤 Worn once. Bought second hand in Montreal years ago, sadly no longer fits me.
