Premium Choctura brand cacao

I purchased this product after trying somebody’s homemade truffles… I was hoping to try making some but the reality is I’m not so great in the kitchen. It differs from any other cacao I’ve come across in terms of dark colour (meaning very high antioxidant content), taste (I only took a small amount to sample), etc. This would make a terrific (and healthy) treat if you are resourceful & creative in the kitchen!
