10Selling our wonderful pull out sectional. We have owned this couch for one year, and have loved it! It is a comfortable suede material that is very easy to clean! The main section of the couch converts into a queen mattress, it’s not the most comfortable, but with the addition of a foam topper it would be perfect! The only reason we are selling is that it doesn’t fit our new home. Couch is disassembled in the garage, so pick up will be nice and easy! We are a smoke and pet free household.
