NOT contaminated with sugar honey (sugar honey is a practice in beekeeping by feeding the bees sugar water in the spring time to stimulate the bees to grow faster and at the end of season that honey gets mixed with the nectar honey) I do not practice spring feeding therefore my honey has 0 sugar honey in it.
