If the ad is up, room is available. Looking for a south asian female to share a room in a two bedroom apartment. Its a beautiful room with quite a lot of space, big window and a big closet. Very close to southgate and century park LRT stations giving you access to all corners of the city. Close to University of Alberta and southgate mall. Good for students. Bus stop at 1 minute walk with frequent bus service. Bathroom, kitchen and storage area will be shared. Wifi, heat and water are included in the rent. Electricity is not included in the rent. Damage deposit will be same as one month's rent. Renter will be required to get a renter's insurance as per apartment policy.
