This Room is available immediately for 4 or 8 months. Ideally located in the Bloor and Yonge Neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. Room can come fully furnished with bed nightstands and even a TV. There is a cat in the condo that is super friendly. About me: I am a Young professional that works 2 full time careers, I am gay, I have Latin American blood, and I am very easy going. Looking to fill this room ASAP. All Utilities including internet is included in price. The room comes with its own separate bathroom, use of laundry, kitchen and balcony! 10-15 min walk to almost every school in downtown, connected to subway system (bloor yonge station) also parking can be rented within building if needed but not included.
