Agrimontana Figs Jam - Stracciatelle

Fig jam for professional use. Imported from Italy. Ingredients: figs, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, figs juice, lemon juice. Prepared with 98g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 55g per 100g. Refrigerate after opening (0°C/+6°C). Gluten free product. These are from my now-closed shop, Grocery 205. I used this as a filling for croissants. It’s phenomenal. There are three of these - $20 ea.
