Bought brand new at the Brick in 2019 for $1620. Reason for selling - looking to downsize. Excellent condition. From a pet free, smoke free, bug free and kid free home. No stains, tears, wearing, etc. Cleaner and better condition than floor model at the Brick. Less than 7 butts have sat on this couch... I don't have a social life haha Beautiful rugged and stylish light grey fabric. Back cushions unzip from couch for cleaning. Can remove big cushion covers to machine wash. Also comes with 2 small matching pillows with removeable pillow covers.
