Table and Chairs Set

VGUC Farmhouse style dining room table (counter height) and four chairs. Purchased a few years ago from Wayfair (Ashley Homestore brand) there are a few stains on the seats that can likely be removed and small scuffs on the black metal circled (both pictured) The table retails for $1000 + and the chairs $300 + each We are moving and this must go so it’s priced to sell!!
