Trailer Cottage (New but needs some work)

Trailer Cottage in the area of Coldwater Midland. Had some really great memories here. Tore down the old adder room and started building a new one with my family and friends. Unfinished and needs some work but liveable. We've spent many days and nights here. Many activities to do here like fishing, bbq, camping, this park also does a lot of events and has a live band come to the park each year for a party. Unfortunately we don't have much time to come up here anymore and I feel like someone else could enjoy it better than me. Pros - perfect for friends and family, weather proofed, comes furnished with a heated furnace and electricity and fridge. Bike trail to the closest town here, lake in the park where you can keep your boat, docks, plenty of variety of fish in the lake for fun fishing (bass and salmon among them). Comes with an outside fire pit as well. Pretty big lot, corner lot makes for good privacy, nearby town has great food and next to copperpot nuts along with live music bars and steampunk road festivals. Nearby breweries, wasaga beach, blue mountain, and other beaches/hiking spots. Cons - need to bring your own trailer to hook up to the adder room but there is a trailer company beside the park that has a relationship with this park.
