Used SMEG Coffee Maker - Not Currently Functioning

Hi all. We have had this SMEG Coffee Maker for just over a year and it seems to have stopped working. Unfortunately with our busy schedules I do not have the time (or energy) to try and repair. We have little help from warranty or service. I thought maybe someone out there would have the time and know-how and want a little project for these beautiful machines to try and get it to work. The buttons currently do not seem to turn on or off and clock seems finicky - so possibly electrical work needs to be done. Still in good condition in terms of wear to the body as we have taken care of it that way. Glass carafe in great condition as well.
