Vintage Ruby Ring Filigree Setting White Gold Band

Vintage ring with a large red ruby set in a filigree design. GIA certification included. This has been passed down for the past 3 generations. The setting is white gold (tests positive around 14 karat). The size has been a bit distorted over time and needs to be fixed.
