Brand New (never used nor taken out of box). Top of the line professional large container blender. We bought this to upgrade from our older smaller model, but it’s still working great and really don’t need a bigger one. Now taking a hit because we waited past the 90 days return limit to decide, or we would have gotten a full refund.
