Vivi 20x4 Fat Tire EMB (Heavy Wear, Not-so-gently Used)

Description This bike was delivered in August 2021. Nearly immediately the right side pedal fell off, and I have made due without. The tires I put on it are heavy. With the manufacturer tires the bike could make it up to about 30 mph, no problems. With my tires (now old and worn) the bike can get up to about 21 mph (faster if pedalling). Issues: 1) Handlebar + stem have always been a little wobbly for my taste. This bike was made so that the handle bar can be folded down. I understand the feature, but there is a sacrifice in stability. I wrapped self-adherent sports wrap and duct tape from the base of the stem, until about half way up. This gives a little more resistance to the handle bars, as they have been too loose in my opinion. This is one of my larger concerns. 2) Battery life is a fraction of what it was. The bike can only get maybe a third of the distance it used to go, for each charge. 3) Rear tire/drive train wobble. The bike continues to ride fairly smoothly, trampling these city streets like it was built Ford tough, but occasionally there is a slight wobble on the rear wheel and drive train. The cassette and cranks/ derailleurs should probably be replaced for safe continued riding. 4) The original brakes more or less died. I have Jerry rigged an old brake from another bicycle which currently works for me, on the rear. There is not currently a serviceable cable on the front brake. 5) Last but not least, as I mentioned the right side pedal has been gone for 3 years. This has affected how I've had to balance myself on the bike greatly. Also the reason why I recommend basically entirely new drive train including crankset in order to insure the greatest level of safety. All of these issues this is still a great bike, and a straight beast in the streets. As the electronics are still in great shape, using this bike for parts would also be a decent way to go.
